對于供應(yīng)商方面,把生產(chǎn)進程模塊化,并每周匯報進展。不要給工廠留余地,問清楚具體什么時候備料、什么時候生產(chǎn)、什么時候包裝,每個環(huán)節(jié)大概需要多久,整理出來。在每個預(yù)計的時間點給工廠打魚,甚至到廠盯進度,控制住每個環(huán)節(jié),
2.對客戶:
第1時間反饋給客戶,并給客戶提供你的方案

1、開門見山,說明交貨延期

3、先占據(jù)了道德制高點,用品質(zhì)問題說話,不放過一絲細節(jié)

4、末尾給出確切的交貨日期,給出承諾
